  • [August 3, 2020] The statewide CCC is a sum of all counties' CCC. Because the Honolulu CCC is the highest among all the counties in the Hawai'i state, statewide CCC's prediction does not need to be independent, although it is possible. A sum of all counties' predicted CCC is the Hawai'i statewide CCC prediction, which is quite similar to Honolulu's CCC.
